Need to suppress device up status RECOVERY Alert (00159394)
HI Team, Need to suppress a device up-status alert instead of a new ticket, we want only a down-status alert. As of now one device up/down we have receiving 2 ticket one for down alert and another up alert.

Apply interface thresholds based on interface tags.
Currently only services can be applied based on interface tags. Applying thresholds based on interfaced tags will help when dealing with nonstandard interface descriptions.
Remove Service Checks from M365 Applications, or otherwise suppress incident creation.
There are applications in M365 that not all customers utilize. It would be helpful to be able to remove service checks from these to prevent Incidents from being created when there isn't a problem.

We need to monitor .crl (Certificate revocation list) type certificates. We have a service check to monitor .crt certificates 'Check Certificate Expiration by PowerShell' but this is not monitoring .crl type certificates.
