Use IIS App name not folder name when monitoring websites

We use CI (Octopus deploy) to deploy web apps under a web site in IIS. Each time we deploy CI deploys to a folder named after the version number of the app (which is good and we don't want to change this as it means we can easily relink to other version etc.)

However, Stackify sees it as a totally new web app each time which is bad. We lose the name, we lose the history, we lost configuration (e.g. which exceptions to ignore) etc.

Please can we have a configuration option to use the app name withing IIS, not the folder name, to tie together different versions of the same app?
