Add the ability to grow partitions to the configuration menu

Currently, the only way to grow a partition on a Netreo system is through a support personnel accessing the Netreo systems CLI and going through a process to grow the partition after the underlying disk has been resized.

It would be extremely useful if we were able ot move this process to the config user menu that can be access through the virtual console or SSH so that IT personnel in the given organization has the ability to grow the partitions when needed without the engagement of Netreo support.
