When creating IM rules for WebART checks, it does not allow user to customize the rule with a filter option to choose Business Workflow.
We would like to have an ability within the Incident Management rules to setup filter options like 'Business Workflow' to direct the Incident alerting properly.
(Basically when using IM rules for WebART checks you can't choose a filter option where for Device based Incident alarms you can choose multiple filters).
