Render utilization chart for interfaces(VLANs) using default bandwidth setting but are over 100M

Anytime a VLAN is detected and no bandwidth value is set by the device, Netreo defaults to 100M. This causes the math in the back end to fail i suspect, which makes the graphs not render and you cannot tell how much is being used, which would help with "overriding" the bandwidth setting. This idea is in leau of just changing the default value to be a more "modern" 1G value. Not too many people use 100M anymore for anything.
