Need to Have Bypass URL when SAML or LDAP based Authentication is configured

Need to Have Bypass URL when SAML or LDAP based Authentication is configured.

As of now, bypass URL is not available when SAML or LDAP is configured. Having the bypass URL will be useful in emergency situations and for Synthetic monitoring purpose.
