Currently we find it hard to know if an issue has been handled/shared or a ticket has already been created in Jira. We are using Retrace to send our bugs to Jira through Retrace's shared integration; but with no shared history its hard to know what's has been sent or handled already. This would save us a lot of time in cross referencing issues and make your product more valuable to us.
