Removal of interface service checks

When a device goes through a discovery poll and any assigned template is reapplied, any interface service check currently applied from one of these assigned templates, should also be re-evaluated, and if the value in the filter by option no longer matches, then the interface service check should be removed.

To preserve the current behavior may be an additional option could be added to interface service checks to enable an option to “re-evaluate the filter for existing checks”.
