Offsetting Polling Interval

It was found in our environment that the service engines are polling all at the same time causing bottlenecks and reporting high latency on bandwidth graphs when there really is none. After opening a case it was found that this cannot be changed effectively and in order for this to get resolved a feature request is needed.

"It seems like it is reporting higher than normal when the pings line up on the 5 minute interval, and there aren't any ways to customize this interval for the RTT graph specifically at the moment. " & " I investigated options for offsetting the polling interval and there aren't any that are truly effective" - NTAC

So if it is possible to offset polling so they don't all poll at the same time, that'd be great.
