Polling SNMP based matrices along with SMI-S device type

We have a requirement to poll SNMP-based matrices with the SMI-S device type.

There are a couple of Pure storage devices and we need to monitor Array Read/Write Bandwidth, Array Read/Write IOPS, and Array Read/Write Latency along with matrices polled through SMI-S (non-SNMP based polling).
