Allow more number of thresholds to be enabled/disabled

When there are too many thresholds in a particular category/functional group/site to be disabled, it takes a while to load the page, and the system can't handle performing it on a high number of instances.

To handle this, maybe a progress bar be displayed to show, applying on the first 10K or X instances. Or a warning that the count limit has been exceeded to run this operation. Please select only X number of instances.
