Allowing WebART checks to be placed in Functional Groups

It would be great to allow us to add WebArt checks to be added to functional groups so when we place a functional group into a maintenance window all will be included.


Another cool thing would be the ability to combine any number of maintenance groupings into a single occurring maintenance window. Or the ability to simply add additional items to an existing maintenance window.
