Need a differentiation for a small percentage (ex:0.00026%) Interface values on the device dashboard that shows zero currently

It has been observed that for a small percentage of interface value (ex: 0.000265%), it shows ZERO on the device overview. It is pretty obvious that as it is minute (like the value starts at the 4th decimal), it will consider this as ZERO.

However, this makes the user think that the values are not being polled.

Can we make any UI representation (like background color change or show values till 4th decimal, etc) for these values to show some differentiation that these are polled but as these are very minute, it is showing as zero.
