Ability to add comments to a Manual Action.

User wants the 'ServiceNow Ticket' created by the Manual action

to be in the acknowledgement email.


Manual Action ack emails contain just the Ack User and 'Acknowledged by manual alert'

Ex.

Acknowledged by ABCD123: Acknowledged by manual alert
