Utilize NetBrain Problem Diagnosis Automation System (PDAS) to add context to incidents using triggered maps and diagnosis.
Add information to ticketing system (ex ServiceNow) via an alert action that could be as simple as adding a NetBrain link to the triggered map/diagnosis.
