Compare Report should have Difference only and Full view

On pages where we make comparison we should have the option to display the differences only or be able to select the full view.

Displaying Differences only makes finding the differences quick as well as making the load time much faster.

Some customers will want to see the entire config to see the differences in context so having that as an option will keep those customers happy as well.
