Add related child devices to ServiceNow ticket work notes of parent incident

Feauture request to have the ability to have ServiceNow work notes updated with information regarding child device alarms on the case for the parent being down.

When a parent device is down and ServiceNow Incident generated, any subsequent host failures for child devices are related to parent incident, but nothing is updated in the ServiceNow Incident to indicate the related child alarms.
