Greater insight into device type pollers

Not entirley sure the best approach for this but I have had a few customer complain that there is not enough information on the device types and metrics they are capable of retreving.

This will be for the device that may use APIs or other methods that are not visible from the device type administration page.

Not sure if a tool tip incorrporated in the tool would be useful or if we just need to focus sometime on adding to our KB. We have a good list of the types we have but it does not go into details of what they get more just a general idea of what it might be able to get.
