Change device picker on Mass device deletion page

It is very difficult to select multiple devices in the current device picker on the Mass Device Deletion page

This is also not consitent with other device selection areas of the tool.
Request to have the same search ability and selection as found in other area of tool.

Ex. (Grouping administratoin when adding devices to group, i.e Category, Strategic group, Site)
