Support for older custom dashboards without menus/borders on current code

In the past, there have been specific custom dashboards created that displayed on monitors without Menus or borders using older php scripts.

Example:

dash-bandwidth-no-header.php?feature_tag=WAN_Tag

Due to changes in recent releases, these several year old custom dashboards are no longer supported.

Customer would like these custom dashboards supported once again.
