Make the List of percentage values in the Devices Under Management easier to read when the value is 0%

When looking at the "Devices Under Management" list in the Device Management page of an OmniCenter system, we report several percentage values for devices that are UP, Polling, Sendings Flows and Sending Logs.

The problem with this representation of data is that when if there is a group of devices (categories, type, site and etc) with a 0% mark, the yellow bubble gets faded out with the white text making it essentially unreadable. This happens both in Dark and Light OC mode.

We could make it easier to read by changing the color of the text and the bubble around the numbers.
