Number per page

For monitoring dashboard view, when we select dropdown to more instead of 10 , after refreshing it is setting up to a default of the webpage.

Search results should show status

When a search is done, the results should show the 'colour' of the device/interface based on it's current status (RED = Down, ORANGE = Something is down, GREEN = Good) where the 'Tachometer' is displayed
