Please improve the CPU utilization of threads among vCPU cores for OmniCenter

Please refer to BMC Case 01898666 for more details. Please improve the threading of computation so that utlization of the VM resources, such as CPU, can be distributed more equally among vCPUs. The averaged CPU utilization of a OmniCenter instance doesn't distribute equally among vCPUs and vary significantly, as the screenshot from VMWare (black one) suggested, where some vCPUs have triggered alerts. The average utilization on the screenshots provided by Netreo support (white ones) suggest a smaller variance among CPUs (the window of averaging is longer than the one in VMWare), but don't show the time-dependence and correlation between vCPUs.
