Site API include ability to add 'Site Documentation'

Would be useful to be able to add site documentation from the Site API. Would make mass site documentation addition easier.

Monitoring AppPool CPU and Memory Usage on the same server

We have many APIs deployed as IIS Applications running under their own AppPools. It is tedious to add the AppPool Counters one by one for each Application. It would be nice that we can have a dasboard or widget for doing just that.
