| Additional Description | Customer would like to have a feature where in the interface check alerts are suppressed on the far end devices too when the maintenance window is set on the neighbour interface device. Suppose there are two devices Device A and Device B having few interfaces up between them. Device A is in maintenance window and is undergoing changes on the interfaces. Due to the changes on interfaces, the alerts are expected to be raised on the interfaces. If device A is in maintenance, it won't alert the user. But device B would create the incident. customer request is to suppress the incidents on the Device B in this case without creating a maintenance window on Device B. In the Incident management, there is not an option which relates to such maintenance window condition. |
