Two-way communication with OpsGenie integration

It has been requested to add 2-way communication with the OpsGenie integration. One of the main requests for this is the ability to Ack in OpsGenie and it Ack the incident in OmniCenter.

Update ServiceNow ticket state OPEN only if the Incident in OC system is Active
