It has been requested to add 2-way communication with the OpsGenie integration.
One of the main requests for this is the ability to Ack in OpsGenie and it Ack the incident in OmniCenter.
Right now this would potentially be possible using a Webhook from OpsGenie, but it is better to have a direct integration with OpsGenie like many other products do.
