First, we need to review the suppression ticket to ensure we understand what’s currently in place—just in case alerts are being unintentionally suppressed. At the moment, the ticket is not visible.
Second, we use the suppression feature for temporary situations. However, please note that when a suppression rule is removed, the corresponding alert may still be routed to the existing suppression incident.
The only way to correct this behavior is to delete the current suppression incident. Netreo will then create a new one based solely on the active suppression rules.
