Ability to see the actual in/out bandwidth usage values which are > 125%

Hi

currently , in the graph , all values that are > 125% are shown as "0". We need to be able to see the actual value.

We advice to put the value as 125% max and not 0 .

and show those points in a different color

and when hovering on the point , to show the actual value and not "0"
