Site Hierarchy - Nested Sites Option

If the customer has global presence spread across multiple geographies/regions like India, Europe, USA, APAC and also multiple offices in 1 city then there should be option of creating Nested sites. Like for example Mumbai site has 2 office branches then if we can create site hierarchy as below
India -> Maharashtra -> Mumbai -> Central Mumbai, North Mumbai Sites.
