Need custom comments textbox while deleting device entries.

We have observed whenever we delete any device entry from Netreo, no comments or reference is asked.

This option is partially available for bulk device deletion, that too only as "CONFIRM" keyword.

Here is what we have in mind :
>> For documentation purpose, there should be a TEXTBOX appearing when trying to remove single host entry.
(Please see attached Image for ref.)

>> TEXT BOX should be capable enough to enter comments, like Ref Ticket number or Email Subject), as a "Reason to delete it from Environment."

>> Also, currently for bulk deletion, only CONFIRM keyword is allowed. which should be upgraded to custom comments, which allows alphanumeric text.

>> And while checking audit logs, those comments should always be available for future reference. (Separate column in Audit Logs - database)

Please let care to let us know if these additional feature in Netreo is feasible and possible.
