Increase limit on Syslog retention

Customer (Sacom bank) is sending Syslog from Devices at a very high rate which fills up the Syslog max retention of 3 Million logs in few hours (Found this in the troubleshooting case IM-8699). They want the retention to be increased upto 50 Million.

This is a new feature as there is no configurable option available to increase the limit and the customer requirement won't be met.
