Listing of Hardware components for Network devices

Currently Netreo does the H/W check for N/W devices in backend and alert in case of H/W failiure.

It would be good if we could poll and list all the H/W components for each Network devices with their respective status currently. Something as mentioned below.

It would good validation against the alert generated.Also it would help Network administrators to check the current state of H/W components without logging in to the device and getting the data by running complex commands.
