Our idea is to have the functionality to trigger custom actions from the Netreo overview for Linked Omnicentre Incidents without accesing the client Netreo Instance.
Current problem we are facing is that we are restricted to access some of our clients Netreo instance directly , although we have linked Incidents visibiliy on our NOC Overview , but while opening any Incident it is re-routing to our client network and we couldn't access the netreo , now if we could have some functionality to trigger custom actions for linked omnicentre incidents it would be really amazing.
I hope this feature request will be taken on priority and available asap to avail this feature because it owuld be nice to have all the incidents under one umbrella. :) Looking forward for this feature soon.
