We are requesting a new feature for threshold alerts. We want the capability to have an initial alert incident to be created when passing the warning threshold, and creating a new alert incident after passing the critical threshold. This could be made as a toggle for these alerts. This would allow for better monitoring and better escalation when needed.

While it is possible to create incidents for Thresholds at a warning level, there is no currently released functionality that will allow a separate incident to be made when the same threshold is triggered at a critical level. This would need to be newly added functionality.

enable "Create Incidents on WARNINGs"
