Add 15 Minutes as a Quick Time in Traffic Utility

We're working on a network traffic analysis project, and within the Traffic Utility, the shortest Quick Time of 1 Hour is regularly exceeds Netreo's maximum performant amount. We can set a manual time of 15 minutes, but having a Quick Time of 15 minutes would allow us to automate reports and have them emailed to users, greatly aiding in streamlining the researchon this project.

TL;DR: Please add 15 Minutes as an option for Quick Times under the Traffic Utility. Thank you!
