Newer OpenAPI new_device_api.php loses important functionality from the older APIs.

From my understanding, Netreo is moving to the OpenAPI standard. While doing discovery of the available APIs for an automated onboarding task, I noticed that there are a lot of differences between /device-import/import and /api/new_device_api.php. Neither of these have the capability to fully onboard devices on their own. For example the latter does site info while the former does not. The former can do device credentials, but the latter cannot. The latter cannot do snmp_version or any of the SNMP v3 parameters. Both are missing SNMP port.
