Parenting Alert Adjustment

Hi, we are running into issues that the site looses power and the main router groups the children together. When the router comes back up and the child does not, the child is not alerting. There should be some logic that goes back and checks after the parent is back up that the children are ok and then the children page the appropriate group to handle the down child. We are experiencing problems where we are not getting notified of downed systems until the userbase is screaming in the morning due to this.
