More functionality for Custom Map Component

Custom Map is an alternative for everyone that can't use Geographic Map because of restricted internet access due to security reasons. Custom Map could have some more functionality to be an even better alternative to Geographic Map. If the Custom Map component would support Scalable Vector Graphics and the Map would be zoomable, it would dramatically change the End user experience. This would ensure that the custom map provides a user experience that is just as good as the geographic map without the need for internet access.
