Allow diff webhook calls for New Incident vs Update on Incidents

DescriptionThe same ServiceNow webhook is called when a new OmniCenter incident is created and when it is updated. Because of this, we cannot set Assignment Group, priority level, and other fields on the webhook call because it will overwrite any manual changes made to the ServiceNow fields by the support teams when the OmniCenter Incident is acknowledged or resolved.

We would like to be able to have diff webhook calls initiated on New vs Updates alerts.
