Team, we are getting this Critical Soft alert for Service check 'Service Engine Status Check' on the service Engine.
As per this JIRA: IM-1792 this is the expected behavior until it is Critical SOFT but this creates confusion for the customer to understand if it is an issue or expected behavior.
Can we create a different behavior for this?
