Ability to add a note to group of errors

We would love the ability to add a custom note to a group of errors. It would be great to write down some basic notes about the error at s1.stackify.com/Errors/Search/Occurrences/blahblah, like how to replicate it or what has been done to fix it in the past.

Usually when I see an error again I can't remember if I've investigated it or what I've done to try fix it.
