Log-in Page Modifications

When you navigate to the login page the cursor should auto focus to the username box ready for username to be entered. One shouldn't have to click on it to enter text.

When one enters their username wrong, the "Not you?" link is very well hidden (dark blue on black). I never noticed it until our TAS engineer mentioned it. The only way out of this beyond the "not you" link is to modify the url and start over, which is way more complicated than it should be.
