RTT charts with exponential matrix is misleading

The charts matrix representing the RTT should not be set to exponential by default.

If you look at the attached RTT chart at a first look the "distance" between 100 (ms) and 200 is represented equal to the distance between 200 and 400, which is misleading for whoever is looking at it. In this specific case the RTT at some point has doubled compared to usual, but looking at chart looks like a much smaller increase.

The RTT charts matrix should be fixed.
