Prefix - Coexist with VPN

I've noticed that, when my VPN client is connected, Prefix really struggles to start and hangs pretty much every time. By killing the task and restarting, it usually takes 2 or 3 attempts before it finally starts.

Similarly, when Prefix is running before the VPN, the VPN struggles.
