System Backups - Set Unique Name per Instance and Implement Retention Policy

We have multiple clusters to back up. It seems that all systems get the same backup name and date. We need to be able to decypher which is from which system. Currently it is Netreo-Netreo-<date>.tar for every cluster I try.

Additionally, the ability for Netreo to clear out its backups that are outside of a set retention time would stop us from needing to script that.
