Allow visibility on-click of saved credentials for super-admins

If a user has the permissions to export a full device list with the assigned credentials, they should be able to view assigned credentials on the device admin and templates pages. Forcing users to export a large data dump for this information increases the security risk surface area. This would be best where it defaults as hidden but has an icon to the right to show the contents.
