Visual Status of Rediscovery Process

Having a visual representation of when a rediscovery is running and when it is complete would be a very helpful feature. This could stop multiple people from trying to run it at the same time, and know when to be able to move on to the next stage of their task.

Recently we had to update actions on basically all templates. It was noted by a project engineer that this rediscovery can take hours. It would be great to know when I could go ahead verify my changes worked as intended instead of troubleshooting something that just hasn't yet reached its turn.

Perhaps this is on a page of running processes, or indicated on a given node with a "scheduled for rediscovery" and a "last discovered" property.
