Ability to bulk edit things such as service checks on templates

For example on the Default Windows Template: If you have 30 service checks there, and need to adjust the notification and renotification times and action groups, being able to select all and then edit once would be a huge management improvement.

A Service Checks page where you can modify all existing and create new would also be a great feature.
