See and Tracking App Score Over Time

Currently the existing solution provides the rollup App Score for each of our monitored applications. I have been challenging my team to drive towards improving the App Scores but because of the nature of what feeds in the App Score the score can change from day to day. My request is to have the system take a snapshot in time (say once a day or hour) of the current App Score, so this could be tracked and trended across a month. This way users can track how well the team is driving at improving an App Score across time.
